Yo! I'm Vincent, but feel free to call me any name I've got listed here! I'm currently twenty years old (November 20th, 2002). I'm a gay male and use he/him pronouns only. I'm autistic, disabled, and mentally ill, but that doesn't stop me from being the coolest guy ever.
I'm a mixed Latino. My father is Mexican and my mother is Salvadoran, but I was born here in the United States! I speak both English and Spanish at a native level, but I only learned Spanish verbally, so forgive me if I misspell anything. I know a small bit of Japanese, and I plan on eventually learning Italian and Hebrew!
It's hard to find a good set of words to describe myself, but I'll do my best. I'm generally very confident and outspoken. I enjoy being the center of attention and being around people, but I consider myself to be an ambivert. I love making people laugh and it'd be a dream come true if I could just spend my life doing that. Though my sense of humor is a bit unconventional and edgy, I like to think I'm a fun dude to be around!
I'm normally very energetic (socially, at least) and just full of positive energy. There's hardly ever a dull moment when you're hanging out with me. I've been described as the guy whose laugh is funnier than the joke. Despite all this, I can come off as a bit cold and rude towards strangers. One on one socialization is difficult for me, and if I seem mean, please don't take it personally; I am Very Autistic. To put it a little more simply, I think my personality, though outgoing, is more fit to be an entertainer rather than a friend.
This is my own little corner of the web! I learned to use the computer at 2 years old, and I've been an avid internet user ever since, for better or for worse. Because of this, I have a deep love for the "old web" and all things nostalgia. So much of my life has revolved around it, how can I not?
This website is my own little tribute to the web that I grew up on. It's got a little bit of everything. Just about all my interests and hobbies are represented here in some way. However, my HTML and CSS skills never really went further than editing my Neopets user lookup and pet pages, so for now, I'm using a layout by teppyslayouts until I've learned enough to feel comfortable hand-coding my own website.
I'm a digital artist and an animator. I've been drawing as long as I can remember, but I began actual digital artwork when I was 10 years old, as that was when I got my first smartphone. My earliest digital artwork was made using Autodesk Sketchbook on an old Android phone with my finger. When I was 12 years old, I got my first drawing tablet and began making art on Paint Tool SAI. I continued using SAI (and eventually SAI2) for nearly 7 years. In 2020, I made the transition to Clip Studio PAINT, and I've been using that since!
As for animating, I first got into animation when I was 9 years old via Flipnote Studio on the Nintendo DSi. I would use my friend's, but I eventually got my own on Christmas of 2012. I spent most of my free time animating and uploading my animations to Flipnote Hatena. I could sit still and make an entire animation start to finish in one sitting of several hours. Unfortunately, Flipnote Hatena shut down in mid-2013, and I lost a lot of motivation. In 2014, Sudomemo came around, but it just didn't feel the same, so I stopped making Flipnotes. As I got older I learned to use Macromedia Flash MX and I now use Adobe Animate 2023. I stopped animating for many years due to lack of motivation and poor mental health, so I hope to eventually get back on the grind now that I'm in a better spot.
